For the development of our products we use various techniques, to determine the point of harvest we used maturity phenolic criteria, allowing us to have ripe tannins and molecules stable color.
During fermentation techniques we practiced pre and post fermentation maceration ,during the wine aging we used French and American oak barrels and conditions of temperature and humidity controlled , then we ensure that the wine remains in the bottle long enough to evolve and find it just right before going to market time.
