Garnet red color, medium intensity, brightness (luminosity), middle body.

NOSE:

Elegant, red fruits of the forest, peppers, evolves to anisted aromas, medium to high power, chocolate notes, average permanence, anisado final.

MOUTH:

Frutal and spicy, medium acidity, light to medium, round permanence, short at medium.

HARMONY:

Manchego cheese, cheddar, stews, marinade, stuffed peppers, rice, anisted plates, fatty fish and red fruits.
